Fact 1:
The conditions that exist for the growth and development of non-profit organizations generally
may not hold for emerging providers; There are differences and we have developed sound strategies
specifically designed to create a "culture of success" in our community.
Fact 2: The percentage of dedicated
multicultural organizations has increased 3-fold in the past 20 years.
Fact 3: In both the profit
and non-profit sectors, most agencies that fail do so within the first year of operations.
